Working Principle of the Dehumidifier

May 28,2021 by Matthew Bell

The working principle of dehumidifier is frozen air dehumidification principle. The structure of this machine is simple. It consists of a compressor, a heat exchanger, a fan. It includes a water container, a controller and a casing. The machine uses a fan to pump humid air into the compressor. This machine condenses the water in the air into water droplets. This is through a compressor. It passes through the heat exchanger. It will become dry air. The machine will discharge it out of it. Continuous circulation reduces indoor humidity. This dehumidifier is to freeze the air below zero. It can remove the condensed moisture. The temperature passing through the heat exchanger space will rise. The temperature difference is not obvious. It consumes less electricity. This is the design principle of the dehumidifier.

Defrosting Principle of Freezing Dehumidifier. When using the compressor dehumidifier in a low temperature (below 10 degrees Celsius), frosting will occur. This is in the heat exchange system. The whole process is necessary. In low temperature environment, the machine will enter the defrosting stage. In the defrosting state, it will stop the compressor first. It increases the temperature of the heat exchange plate. This is by the evaporator heating wire. Then the machine discharges it. This is through the fan to form defrosting effect.

When the ambient temperature is lower, it takes a long time to defrost. If the machine is in defrosting state, it cannot reduce humidity. When the temperature is low, the compressor cannot reduce humidity will be bad.

The wheel of the wheel dehumidifier is made of ceramic fiber paper. Its temperature resistance is more than 500 . The wheel will not suffer from combustion, air slaking and other phenomena. It reduces humidity by using physical principles rather than chemical reactions. It will not generate harmful chemicals in the process. The working principle of it is to use the silica gel coated on the rotary wheel. This is to adsorb the water in the air on the porous synthetic silica gel. In the wheel rebirth area, the water vapor attached to the silica gel hole is vaporized. This is by heating. At the inlet of the AC heat exchanger, it forms high temperature and humidity air. The heat exchanger has been cooled by the indoor cold and humid air. When passing through it, it condenses the water. Then it discharges it. This is under the temperature difference.

All dehumidifiers work by sucking in humid air. It separates moisture from the air. Then it discharges dry air. It achieves the functions of drying air. This can reduce the humidity.

It can remove indoor moisture and moisture. This ensures pleasant indoor air and create a suitable living environment. The above is an introduction to the working principle of the dehumidifier.
